These terms apply when you use this website. By using the site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to what's below.

Estimates

Estimates provided through this website are informational and non-binding until a written scope of work is agreed to in person, by email, or through a signed proposal. Prices, timelines, and availability may change based on site conditions and materials.

Website content

All photos, text, and design on this site are the property of Sabastian's Handyman Services or used with permission. Please don't republish without asking us first.

Workmanship warranty

Every job we complete is backed by a one (1) year workmanship warranty from the date the project is completed. The warranty covers defects in the labor we performed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or issues with materials supplied by the customer or a manufacturer (those are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty). Full warranty details are included in your signed proposal.

Deposits, cancellations & refunds

A deposit may be required to reserve your project date and cover initial materials. Cancellations must be made at least one (1) week (7 days) in advance of the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within that window may forfeit the deposit to cover materials already purchased and scheduling time held for your job. Refund requests submitted after a deposit is paid will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when issued, will exclude any materials already ordered or work already performed.

Limitation of liability

The information on this site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate but make no warranty that it's error-free. For anything project-specific, rely on your written proposal, not on this site.
