1‑Year Workmanship Warranty
Every completed project is backed for one full year from the completion date. If our labor fails, we come back and make it right.
Clear Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be forfeit inside that window to cover materials and reserved time.
Deposits & Refunds
A deposit may be required to reserve your date. Refund requests after a deposit is paid are reviewed case‑by‑case and exclude materials already ordered.
No Subcontractors
Every job is performed directly by Sebastian's Handyman Services. Your project details stay with us — never handed off to outside labor.
